Youth development

Ages 8-11: This program emphasizes the basics of movement. The goal is to create a strong base in young athletes by starting at square one with the fundamentals of running, jumping, cutting and strength movements.



Weight room prep

Weight Room Prep- Ages 12-15: Creating confidence and competence within a weight room environment for incoming high school students. Barbell movements and Olympic lifts are introduced once each athlete possesses the proper movement capabilities.

High School athletes

Ages 14-18: These programs begin to focus on sport specificity. Injury prevention and movement variability are offered as the athletes begin to utilize more advanced movements, techniques and plyometrics.

General population training

Small Group or 1 on 1 Training: These programs are designed to keep every individual functionally healthy and strong, regardless of age or occupation. Whether your goals are fat loss, health maintenance or building muscle your goals will be taken into account so that each program is right for each individual. As an adult simply trying to look and feel good, why would you want a program that could get you hurt?

Elite athletics

The athletes at the highest level of their game need the most tailored programs possible. Ranging from collegiate to professional athletes, these programs are designed to improve specific aspects of performance as well as adjusting imbalances that could cause injuries detrimental to one’s career.
