Programs offered
Youth development
Ages 8-11: This program emphasizes the basics of movement. The goal is to establish a positive relationship with physical activity while creating a strong base in young athletes by starting at square one with the fundamentals of running, jumping, cutting and strength movements.
Middle School athletes
Weight Room Prep- Ages 12-15: Creating confidence and competence within a weight room environment for incoming high school students. These sessions focus on further improving athletic performance through fun challenges, competitions and measured athletic performance testing. To best prepare athletes for the high school weight room, barbell movements and olympic lifts are introduced once each athlete possesses the proper movement capabilities.
High School athletes
Ages 14-18: These programs begin to focus on specific individual needs. Our mission is to lower the risk of injury and give each athlete what they need to perform at their best. We base our programming off of what each athlete may need- depending on how we feel we could best help the athlete in front of us. Due to that, our athletes will be exposed to specific mobility work, plyometric programming, speed training, conditioning, balance and strength work. We do not simply focus on one aspect of athleticism.
General population training
Small Group or 1 on 1 Training: These programs are designed to keep every individual functionally healthy and strong, regardless of age or occupation. Whether your goals are fat loss, feeling better, health maintenance, or building muscle your goals will be taken into account so that each program is right for each individual. As an adult simply trying to look and feel good, why would you want a program that could get you hurt?
Elite athletics

The athletes at the highest level of their game need the most tailored programs possible. Ranging from collegiate to professional athletes, these programs are designed to improve specific aspects of performance as well as adjusting imbalances that could cause injuries detrimental to one’s career.

Online Programs
