Specializing in athletic performance, my goal is to provide the framework for athletes to succeed in their individual sport. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I have experience in creating individualized programs that emphasize durability and the movement profiles needed for an athlete’s needs.

Programs

Listed below are the different strength and conditioning programs that I offer. The age ranges are not set in stone but can provide a general idea of where you or your athlete would fit in.

Youth Development- Ages 8-11: This program emphasizes the basics of movement. The goal is to create a strong base in young athletes by starting at square one with the fundamentals of running, jumping, cutting and strength movements.

Weight Room Prep- Ages 12-15: Creating confidence and competence within a weight room environment for incoming high school students. Barbell movements and Olympic lifts are introduced once each athlete possesses the proper movement capabilities.

High School Athletes- Ages 14-18: These programs begin to focus on sport specificity. Injury prevention and movement variability are offered as the athletes begin to utilize more advanced movements, techniques and plyometrics.

Elite Athletics: Collegiate, semi-professional and professional athletes. Programs are specifically periodized to be what’s needed at different times of the year for each individual athlete.

Small Group or 1 on 1 Training: These programs are designed to keep every individual functionally healthy and strong, regardless of age or occupation. Whether your goals are fat loss, health maintenance or building muscle your goals will be taken into account so that each program is right for each individual.

Online Programs: Only offered for experienced individuals. Off-site workouts tailored for your needs including constant feedback and meetings to evaluate how the program is working.
